Last Day of The project
14 May, 2023 The participants filled the assessment form and marked positions on evaluation pizza demonstrating high satisfaction with the project.In the dissemination part, participants uploaded posts about the project in their social media (Facebook and Instagram). They played the videos made the day before and had reflection with magic rope emphasizing the positive emotions and experience received during the project. Later they revealed the Secret Friends and wrote good wishes and impressions about one another. 8 th Day of The Project
13 May, 2023 The participants had an Open Space which allowed them organizing and moderating activities by themselves, including islamophobia, self-defense, flowers’ mosaic, yoga, writing, origami, and inspiration workshops. Later the participants started making digital media products, particularly promo video on the project, memorable video, film on non-discrimination and human rights, and project impressions. 7 th Day Of The Project
12 May, 2023 Today participants went to visit compost site in Korthi, Andros Island. Andros has a target of achieving zero-bio waste which is exemplary for other units. Andros is actively implementing the Euro-Mediterranean program “SIRCLES” (Supporting Circular Economy Opportunities for Employment and Social Inclusion) by adopting an original model of the circular economy. The participants have been introduced to the mechanisms the island is using for promoting environmental protection. Later they visited environmental education facility where island’s schoolchildren are taught environmentally beneficial activities. 6 th Day Of The Project
11 May, 2023 In the morning the participants went to explore Agadaki Estate (botanical garden) witnessing the diverse nature of the island. Later in Chora they met with locals and talked about the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange that takes place in Andros Island. They tried to promote the Erasmus+ programme and the project topic – Non-Discrimination, Human Rights and Tolerance. After that participants met with the Mayor of Andros #DimitrisLotsaris who welcomed them to the island, expressed support for the project and discussed the importance of promoting integration of refugees and migrants. 10 May, 2023 It was a free day and participants decided to explore the Andros Island. They visited the seaside, waterfalls, and ultimately Chora. 9 May, 2023 The day began with an energizer (dancing leader) on a beach. The first activity was an interactive workshop about the European Union, its history and characteristics, including the values and human rights protection (as 9 May is Europe Day). The participants were shown a slideshow from the facilitator and they were asked many questions. The second part of the day was devoted to “Fake News” and “Human Rights”. After being shown slideshows and video about these topics, the participants were asked to prepare presentations on global challenges with regard to human rights violations and potential solutions. 8 May, 2023 The third day of the project After the energizer on the beach, the participants engaged in the „HOWGH“ activity (“MilleniuM” Training and Development Institute). This was a simulation where part of the people were assigned the roles of the „Apamachos“ tribe representatives, and another part represented ship crash survivors. The two sides had negotiations both inside and among each other on how to cooperate with each other and address conflicting interests. On the 7th of May 2023,the second day of the project, the buzzing energy of the “NGO Market” session filled the air as enthusiastic participants showcased their sending organizations through captivating flipcharts. The afternoon was kicked off with an invigorating activity, “Fruit Salad”, which left everyone feeling refreshed and recharged. The cultural evening continued as participants took to the stage, depicting typical stereotypes and discrimination-related situations in their own countries through riveting theatrical performances, grouped by nationality. The passion and fervor displayed by each performer were truly awe-inspiring. As the sun set, the excitement only intensified with the arrival of the much-awaited Cultural Night. Πρόγραμμα Ανταλαγής Νέων από την Ευρώπη έρχεται για πρώτη φορά στην Άνδρο, δίνοντας την ευκαιρία στους συμμετέχοντες να γνωρίσουν από κοντά την Ιστορία και τον Πολιτισμό του Νησιού. Το Πρόγραμμα, αφορά την υλοποίηση Εγκεκριμμένου Σχεδίου μεταξύ της Εθνικής Μονάδας Συντονισμού – Ι.ΝΕ.ΔΙ.ΒΙ.Μ και της EUPRAGIA NON PROGIT CIVIL ORGANIZATION στα πλαίσια του Erasmus+ για τον Τομέα της Νεολαίας R3/2022 στο πλαίσιο της Βασικής Δράσης 1 – Μαθησιακή κινητικότητα στον Τομέα της Νεολαίας και φέρει τον τίτλο: «Acceptance for Everyone: Non-discriminative Education for Youngsters». Στο συγκεκριμένο σχέδιο συμμετέχουν 8 Εταίροι (Ελλάδα, Ουγγαρία, Ρουμανία, Σερβία, Τουρκία, Λιθουανία, Ιταλία, Ιρλανδία).
